Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., and we use Printify for product fulfillment and shipping within the United States.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A violation of any Terms will result in immediate termination of services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements. Credit card data is always encrypted.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

6. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are fulfilled by Printify and shipped from various U.S.-based facilities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.
7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or similar reasons.
We only accept claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items and lost packages. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) and include photographic evidence.

8. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per order, household, or customer. You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to update it as needed.
9. OPTIONAL TOOLS

Although based in Panama, this store serves U.S.-based customers. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and any transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
19. TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or us. We may terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
