Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay. Shipping is included in the product price.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After your order is fulfilled, delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and your location within the USA.

 

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Q: Are your products customizable?
A: Our products are pre-designed and made to order. Currently, we do not offer customization options.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because our products are made on demand, we can accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions. For details have a look at our Refund Policy please.


Care instructions and support

Q: How to help your printed items last longer and maintain their quality?
A: For T-Shirts we do recommend:

 Machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F), inside-out, with similar colors

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
  • Do not use fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Do not dry clean

Note: High heat and harsh detergents can damage the print.

A: For Caps: Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.

A: For Mugs: Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) and Microwave safe. However we do recommend to wash by hand with warm water and dish soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers on printed area.

A: For Tumblers: Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). However we do recommend to wash by hand with warm water and dish soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers on printed area.
