Refund Policy

At True Pickleball Treasures, we make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are custom-made on demand and because of that, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions outlined below.


Refunds & Replacements Are Offered If:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item, size, or color
  • There is a manufacturing or print error
  • Your order is lost in transit (based on carrier investigation)

📸 We require photo evidence and a brief explanation within 14 days of delivery to process any issue. Please email us at info@truepickleballtreasures.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns For:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size or color ordered (please refer to size charts before purchasing)
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address entry

Since all items are made to order, we do not keep inventory and therefore cannot accept returns.


💸 How Refunds Are Processed

If your request is approved:

  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a free replacement item, depending on your preference.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
