At True Pickleball Treasures, we make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are custom-made on demand and because of that, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions outlined below.
✅ Refunds & Replacements Are Offered If:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item, size, or color
- There is a manufacturing or print error
- Your order is lost in transit (based on carrier investigation)
📸 We require photo evidence and a brief explanation within 14 days of delivery to process any issue. Please email us at info@truepickleballtreasures.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
❌ We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns For:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or color ordered (please refer to size charts before purchasing)
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address entry
Since all items are made to order, we do not keep inventory and therefore cannot accept returns.

If your request is approved:
- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send a free replacement item, depending on your preference.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
